Shipping Policy PVC is pleased to offer "Free freight" - Free standard delivery applies to all orders with the exception of over sized and over weight items. These items are noted "special shipping requirements" in the product description. The freight calculation on your shopping cart will not reflect this policy. Freight charges will be removed at time of processing. Any upgrades to shipping method per the customer's request will be at their expense and are non refundable. Vaccines –vaccines that require refrigeration, will be shipped Mon. - Thurs. via United Parcel Service. We will use the most economical and efficient way to ship your vaccines, which may include the use of ice packs, insulated styrofoam coolers, and insulated packing materials. Vaccines are non-returnable. Example: Vision CD/T. Oversize packages – packages exceeding UPS dimensional weight rules will incur additional shipping charges. Oversize items are noted with “special shipping requirements”. Example: Shepherd’s crook or foot bath. Hazardous materials – products classified hazardous by the EPA will incur additional shipping charges. Hazardous items are noted with “special shipping requirements”. Example: Catron IV, Formaldehyde, Screw worm spray.
